Work not saved prior to the end of a patron's session may not be retrievable. Patrons are responsible for keeping track of their own time via the on-screen timer located in the green box in the lower right-hand portion of the computer screen.
Patrons must save their work via an external device such as a flash or thumb drive. Work cannot be saved to the Public Computer desktop or hard drive. 2GB Flash Drives are available at the Reference Desk for $4.00 if you forget to bring yours.
Computer terminals provide audio only via the use of patron's own headphones or ear buds. The Library does not loan or sell headphones or other audio devices. When using listening devices at a public computer, your volume must be kept at a volume level that does not make it audible to other library users located around you.
