    Save the date for the Union Senior Center’s Chair Yoga with instructor Kathleen Leary starting on Monday, September 10th from 12pm to 1pm. Yoga sessions will be held every Monday from then until October 22nd, excluding October 8th. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. While increasing strength, chair yoga reduces the strain on joints and muscles.
