•  2009 Road Program – Contract 2 – Commerce Avenue, Whitewood
   Road, Carol Road, Van Ness Terrace, Midland Avenue – estimated
   completion July 2010.
•  2009 Microsurfacing Program - Elmwood Avenue, Lansdowne Avenue,
   Gruber Avenue, Spruce Street, Russell Street **, Stiles Street **,
   Tower Street **, Montclair Avenue **, Farrington Street **, Indiana
   Street **, Pinewood Road, Hickory Road, Locust Drive, Trotting Road,
   Woodruff Place, Gates Terrace, Patricia Court – completion August
   2010.  ** Funded with Community Development Block Grant

Parks:
•  Rabkin Park – Tennis Courts Resurfacing and Rehabilitation –
   estimated completion June 2010, Installation of new Field Lighting at
   baseball field – estimated completion October 2010

Infrastructure:
•  Manhole Rehabilitation – Performing manhole upgrades including new
   covers, repointing and parging for 13 sanitary manholes containing
   storm sewer infiltration throughout the Township – estimated
   completion June 2010

Buildings:
•  Firehouse #1 Roof Replacement – Replace approximately 2500 SF of
   an adhered roof system, install drains and scuppers – estimated
   completion May 2010
•  DPW Truck Wash – Remove column in Truck Wash Building, install
   steal beam for structural support – estimated completion May 2010
